Summary of our work
Working alongside Tromplo, we embarked on an exciting journey to construct a state-of-the-art e-learning platform for the global animal training community. Our collaboration encompassed a range of services, from discovery workshops and UX/UI design to web development and infrastructure architecture. Innovative solutions were at the heart of our strategy, including a custom plugin for Cloudflare Stream, a unique loyalty and referral program, and integration with Woocommerce. Leveraging a diverse set of technologies such as AWS, Node.js, and WordPress, we achieved a swift page response time of under 200 ms and an impressive system availability rate surpassing 99.99%. The final result not only met Tromplo’s expectations but also earned high praise from their CEO, solidifying our commitment to delivering technologically advanced and impactful solutions.

Why Tromplo chose to work with us
Agnieszka’s passion for animals led her to the creation of an e-learning platform. Initially, she crafted her website’s first version with the help of another agency, but the collaboration didn’t meet her expectations. However, with the comprehensive support from IT360, not only on the project itself but also on its roadmap, Agnieszka found the perfect technological partner.
Our collaboration with Tromplo
We began with workshops where we clarified what Tromplo truly aimed to present and sell. We crafted the project and its roadmap in Miro, developed low-fidelity wireframes in Adobe XD, which, thanks to our UX/UI designers’ efforts, were transformed into graphic designs in Figma. For the first time, Tromplo’s CEO could visualize what we were creating for her, instilling a strong sense of security that we all understood the targets we wanted to hit.
Tromplo aspired to establish a modern e-learning platform that would enable animal trainers worldwide to share knowledge and conduct online courses. The platform was designed to offer attractive and intuitive navigation, a rich multimedia library, the ability to sell courses, and foster interaction between trainers and course participants. Crucially, the creation of a responsive design adaptable to both computers and mobile devices was imperative.
Given the lack of specialized plugins on the WordPress and Woocommerce platform capable of meeting the client’s requirements without hampering performance, we created our own extensions for working with Cloudflare Stream. A unique loyalty and referral system required precise implementation. We utilized a modern technology stack such as Timber, Bedrock, and a scalable infrastructure based on AWS for this.
IT360’s knowledge on how to store and transfer video was incredibly beneficial in cost optimization. The use of Cloudflare Stream allowed for the creation of the most cost-effective solution available in the market.
With the implementation of unique features tailored to professional animal trainers, the Tromplo platform perfectly fulfills its role of facilitating trainers’ work with their students. IT360’s technological leadership assisted Tromplo in developing a modern system with a responsiveness under 200 ms and an availability rate exceeding 99.99%.
